we suggest having a professional seamstress measure you. If you do not
get a professional seamstress to take your measurements you should
follow this guide to ensure proper fit.
Please Note: You should always have someone else take your measurements,
physically measuring yourself will provide you with inaccurate numbers,
so please have someone help you.
Bust-Not your bra size! Take the tape
| Bust-Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement. | Waist-This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline. | Hips-This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns. | Hollow to Hem-This is the length from your hollow(the hollow just under your neck) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot.) You should stand upright and your feet should keep together. |

the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

It will take 11-13
working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will
then take about 3-5 working days for the package
travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time
is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.
Wedding Dresses
It will take 15-17
working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it
will take about 3-5 working days for the package
travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time
is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.
Chinese Dresses
Our standard Chinese Dresses
take 6 - 8 working days for our professional tailors
to make. Our special Hand-Embroidered Chinese Dresses take 20-22
working days for our professional tailors to make. All Chinese dresses
take a further 3-5 working days to ship from us to you.
Exact shipping times are based on the shipping company (e.g. UPS, DHL,
TNT) standard.
Returns Information
All
dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of
charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off
tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are
subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you
in advance for your understanding.
No sale is ever final in our store. We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact with us within 7 days upon receipt. Then you have the chance to return it, make an exchange, or even receive a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). We will be happy to help you to sort out any issues of your purchase.
